Screenprint Greetings!

This month's "MAKE + TAKE" event brought out many first time screenprinters. Over 500 guests streamed through the studios—each had a hands-on project to make and take. Screenprinting offered a 2-color vintage inspired reindeer postcard, printed on French Poptone "Snocone" paper (coincidentally the same sheet as the 2012 Letterpress Calendar covers). Learn to screenprint at Pyramid Atlantic. We provide screens, ink, and expertise. Bring high contrast black artwork on clear acetate/vellum, paper or T-shirts, masking tape, and clear acetate (for registration). Studio space and supplies are shared with others in the interest of learning. Not suitable for printing editions or dedicated studio/instructor time. More info: FAQs.

Large format (Epson 9800) inkjet printing available for making film positives for platemaking.

One-on-one instruction: $50 per hour for members, $60/nonmembers; one-on-two: $80/members, $100/nonmembers. Groups of 3 or more: by instructor.

Individuals with enough experience may rent the screenprint facilities for $15/hour for members, $20/nonmembers. You must be certified and on our Renter's List, see FAQs for more information.
